07 - Juice of 1 lime
08 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

# Directions:
01 - Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise, leaving leaves intact to enhance presentation.
02 - Carefully cut around the edge of each pineapple half, scoop out the flesh leaving a ½ inch shell to form boats, then dice the flesh, discarding the core.
03 - In a large bowl, mix diced pineapple, mango, watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries thoroughly.
04 - Whisk lime juice with honey or agave syrup in a small bowl, if using, then drizzle over the fruit mixture and toss gently.
05 - Fill the pineapple shells evenly with the dressed fruit salad.
