08 - 1.76 oz dark chocolate (70%), for shavings
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon edible gold or silver glitter (optional)
11 - 8 to 10 cocktail picks or skewers

# Directions:

01 - Slice the orange and lemon thinly into rounds or half-moons. Remove pomegranate seeds and set aside.
02 - Thread a raspberry, a pomegranate seed, and a mint leaf onto each cocktail pick to create vibrant skewers. Dip the rim of each glass in water or citrus juice, then coat with granulated sugar for sparkle. Place an edible rose petal or a few red currants on each skewer or directly on the drink surface.
03 - Use a microplane or vegetable peeler to create dark chocolate shavings and sprinkle lightly over the drinks. Optionally dust with edible glitter to enhance midnight sparkles.
04 - Present immediately alongside your preferred cocktails.
