02 - 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
06 - 1/4 tsp salt
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
08 - 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives

→ Accents & Decorations

09 - 1 to 2 baby carrots (for noses)
10 - 6 to 8 whole black peppercorns or diced black olives (for eyes and buttons)
11 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (for scarves)
12 - 2 to 3 pretzel sticks (for arms)
13 - Fresh parsley or chive stems (optional decorations)
14 - Assorted crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables for serving

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until creamy and uniform. Stir in chopped chives.
02 - Spoon the dip onto a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Use a spatula to shape it into a lumpy, irregular snow puddle with uneven edges for a natural appearance.
03 - Roll a small portion of the dip or cream cheese into a ball and place it at one end of the puddle as the snowman's head. Insert a baby carrot for the nose. Position black peppercorns or olive pieces as eyes and buttons. Wrap a red bell pepper strip around the neck as a scarf. Attach pretzel sticks on each side to form arms. Optionally add parsley or chive stems as extra decoration.
04 - Surround the dip with crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables to complete the presentation and provide dippable items.
