# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add diced bacon and combine thoroughly.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet, placing cut sides of Brussels sprouts down for optimal browning.
04 - Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until sprouts are golden and bacon is crispy.
05 - Whisk together maple syrup and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
06 - Drizzle the glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon. Toss gently to coat evenly.
