# Directions:
01 - Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla. Top with a slice of deli meat or cheese, then a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese. Roll tightly into a log and cut in half to form two pieces. Tie each piece with a chive stem or green onion top to create a diploma appearance.
02 - Place a small dab of melted chocolate atop each truffle or mini peanut butter cup. Press a square cracker onto the chocolate to form the cap's flat top. Cut fruit leather or licorice into small strips and attach each tassel to the top of the cap with melted chocolate.
