# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon if using; pour over the nut mixture and toss well to ensure an even coating.
