07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
# Directions:
01 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.

03 - Lay the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and evenly cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - Position the top half of the rolls back over the cheese layer.
05 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if desired) in a small mixing bowl.
06 - Generously brush garlic butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, ensuring all edges and crevices are coated.
07 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the rolls if preferred.
08 - Cover the rolls loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
09 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
10 - Allow to cool for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
