  • Vegetables & Greens: 1 cup baby carrots 1 cup mini cucumbers, sliced 1 cup sugar snap peas ½ cup radishes, sliced 1 cup edible flowers (e.g., pansies, violets, nasturtiums) 2 cups mixed baby greens (e.g., arugula, spinach)
  • Nuts & Seeds: ½ cup toasted walnuts ½ cup roasted almonds ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • Crackers & Bread: 1 baguette, sliced 1 cup assorted crackers
