05 - Serve immediately and enjoy.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The beetroot adds an earthy sweetness that somehow makes the berries taste even brighter without any weird veggie aftertaste.
  • It keeps you full for hours thanks to the chia seeds and yogurt, so you're not raiding the snack drawer by ten in the morning.
  • The color alone makes you want to take a picture, but the crunch from the toppings is what keeps you coming back.
02 -
  • If your blender struggles, let the frozen berries sit out for five minutes first or add the liquid ingredients before the frozen ones so the blades can grab something.
  • The beetroot will stain everything it touches, so rinse your blender and any utensils right after or you'll have pink evidence for days.
  • Don't skip the chia seeds because they help thicken the bowl as you prep the toppings and they add just enough texture without being obvious.
03 -
  • Use a high-speed blender if you have one because it makes the texture silky instead of grainy, especially with the beetroot and chia seeds.
  • Taste the base before you pour it into bowls and adjust the sweetness then, because once the toppings are on it's too late to fix it.
  • Keep your toppings in the same spot in the pantry so you can grab them fast on rushed mornings and still make something that feels special.
