01 - 8 slices turkey breast, deli-style or cooked (about 7 oz)
02 - 8 slices bacon
03 - 4 large whole wheat tortillas (10 inch diameter)

04 - 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
05 - 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
06 - 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
07 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

08 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
09 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
